Subsequently, he joined the Anti-Counterfeiting and falsification team, headed by Alejandro Luna, Armando Arenas, Abraham Díaz and Víctor Ramírez. In this area, his practice consisted in providing protection to national and international clients against piracy and counterfeiting, which included consulting services, administrative actions at Customs such as border measures, training of Customs officers and criminal proceedings. He also collaborated in administrative infringement actions, the coordination of investigations and administrative litigation.

After his work as an attorney in the Anti-Piracy area, he collaborated with important pharmaceutical companies in several supply contracts, as well as advising in regulatory, civil and intellectual property matters. In addition, he also participated as an attorney in the litigation area in charge of Alejandro Luna in several cases.
Currently he is an attorney in the Olivares’ patent department in charge of Sergio Olivares and Daniel Sanchez, and his practice consists in collaborating in advisory services for national and international clients, litigation, and in general, all legal services required for the supervision, maintenance, and consolidation of patent rights.

When I’m not being a lawyer…

I like to spend time with my friends and family. I am a sports fan, I like to play sports, go to the soccer stadium, listening to music, watch movies, take my dog for a walk, running, going to the gym, reading, and learning new things.
